TUNA TARTARE
with toasted sesame oil and sesame seeds
Ingredients
serving size 2 people
1/2 pound tuna steak
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 tsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp chive, chopped
1 tsp habanero, minced
1 tsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp white and black sesame seeds
salt and pepper
cilantro for garnish
Recipe
Clean and dry the tuna steak. Trim any fat. Cut into 1/4 inch cubes.
Add the remaining ingredients and toss until well coated.
Serve immediately and garnish.
